3-5 days Express Tracked Delivery (signature required) £2.95
We offer free delivery for shipments over the value of £50 to anywhere in the UK.
These delivery options include delivery to anywhere in the UK including the highlands and Northern Ireland. The delivery time periods start from when the goods are dispatched. We dispatched goods next day or same day should it be before noon. Please note that all time scales are estimated and Essential Fragrances accepts no liability if these time periods are exceeded.

If there is no one at your home to sign for your parcel it will be taken to your local post sorting office. Not to worry though, a card will be left at your address explaining what to do. Usually a re-delivery can be arranged free of charge or you can collect your parcel straight away!
Please remember; some deliveries may be delayed from time to time due to many factors including severe weather, delivery to rural areas and seasonal periods.
All products purchased through our website are covered by our 14 day no quibble guarantee. If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, return the unopened item to Essential Fragrances within 14 days of receipt and we will refund you.
Damaged or faulty orders
If you received your item and you believe it to be damaged or faulty please return the box and its contents to Essential Fragrances to investigate within 14 days. We will then dispatch your products again. Please note if the product has been used we are unable to process and send a replacement.
Missing or wrong orders
If something is missing from your order or you have received a wrong order please send back the box and its content to Essential Fragrances to investigate within 14 days. We will then dispatch your products again. Please note if the product has been used we are unable to process and send a replacement.
Essential Fragrances can only refund via your initial payment method when you purchased the product and no compensation will be granted in any of these situations.
Please note we do not refund any postage you may have been charged.
